Therapy offers a place to Listen, Act, & Transform
I bring a genuine curiosity about people and their stories, shaped by years working in education and across the globe.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I specialize in helping couples, families, and individuals navigate communication challenges, infidelity, grief, anxiety, trauma, and the transitions that come with age. I work with adults (18+), offering both in-person and telehealth sessions.
I'm particularly drawn to working with couples and men across the lifespan, creating a nonjudgmental space where deeper processing and healing can happen. My approach integrates the Gottman Method with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family systems work, offering practical tools alongside compassionate listening.
My own life, shaped by decades of marriage, outdoor adventures in the Pacific Northwest and beyond, and time with family, reminds me daily of what matters most-connection. Whether you're working through relationship conflict, processing loss, or simply seeking support during a difficult season, I'm here to help you build stronger connections, with others and with yourself.
